Has anybody been? Every time I've made the drive there it's been closed.

I've been a couple times, and it's quite nice. Very small menu, but I think the sandwich I had was called the Nutty Bird, and I had the Isaac Salad. Both were really good, and I ate outside on the patio. This is sort of their Visitor Center nowadays, and it's a pretty cool building. The original Visitor Center is still up there, too.

Finally made it out to Isaac's Cafe at Bernheim Forest. It was very good. And yes, as Gordon noted, the menu was limited to one large salad, three or four sandwich selections and two soups. We had the beans and greens soup made with kale from their own garden. Delightful! We had 1/2 sandwich (Nutty Bird) it was quite good. I believe Breadworks supplied all their breads and frankly, that was the best part of the sandwich. Ate on the patio in beautiful weather making for a wonderful day. The cafe makes for a very nice addition to the park.
