Brasserie Provence Offers Talamonti Italian Wine Dinner
Brasserie Provence will offer a 5-Course Talamonti Italian Wine Dinner in celebration of Chef Edoardo Bacci's homeland on Tuesday, May 19 at 6:30 p.m.
Rodrigo Redmont, President/CEO of Azienda Vinicola Talamonti, will host the dinner and present his wines paired with Abruzzi regional dishes prepared by Chef Bacci. Talamonti is one of Italy's leading boutique estates with top ratings from leading international competitions and media.Talamonti was founded in 2001 by the Di Tonno family, in a magnificent, unspoiled part of the Abruzzi. The classic Abruzzo grapes, unique terroir, & select International oak barrels create the unique flavors of the fine Talamonti wines.
