The earlier conversation about McD's in Kosair peaked my interest in this article. Back in my active ambulance days, when McDonalds first opened at Kosair, we had to limit how many people rode with a sick or injuried child because 6 or 7 people would want to go and troop over to get a burger while child was in ER.
