I don't know the ones you have been to or what you consider new but Goose Creek Diner, Blu at the Marriott downtown and Napa River Grill all have very good ones.

I certainly do enjoy Selena's brunch but the OP specifically asked for buffets and that's not what Selena's has, I'm not sure about Bristol.

Bristol has a buffet, but last time we went the Prospect Bristol had 97 starches, eggs, bacon, and fried chicken. Food was good, but not what we were looking for.

The Rudyard Kipling on Oak St at 4th St is fantastic. Will and Amy have all you can want for a Sunday brunch. The omelet chef is first rate and the selection for your omelet is unsurpassed in town. Besides all the great pastries Amy makes, they trudge out to Nord's on Sunday so you can have some of their great doughnuts and long johns. Service is always top notch. Be there at 10 or expect to wait a bit.

Runs 10-2. Bar. Music. Try the Hot Brown Casserole.

the brunch at the rud is done (unless something has changed) by the same folk who used to have that place on goss in the old antique mall. i'm a fan of it, a reasonably broad selection, and the omelettes are damn good.

Napa River Grill at Westport Village does a nice one.

Yes, they do, and it's a nice spin on the buffet concept, because they have a long buffet, but they'll make you an egg dish to order that's included in the price.
