Last I checked , Whole Foods sells Carmen Creek Bison out of Canada.....aren't we at war with them yet? Whole Foods always has a good selection of it - I doubt that it's locally raised, but don't know for sure. Rainbow Blossom generally has some in its smallish meat freezer case.
