What's anybody else think about this situation? Since she made a reservation for two and only showed up with one person I think the restaurant was right in ethic Internet take up table space. They probably should sue her for leaving without paying the bill.

I highly doubt it! I didn't realize they had stolen the story from someplace else when I posted it. Things like the one out there is just as reliable as the one here used to be.
Well, anyway, Mark, pardon the digression. Back to the original story! I think that woman has got high hopes ... surely a judge or jury would laugh her out of court. The big problem, of course, is that a lot of people - especially corporate "people" - will pay a nice settlement just to make something like this go away. And I expect that's why people keep on filing nuisance suits.
