Delfinos Italian Bistro

This work in progress is replacing Bearnos on the corner of Taylorsville Rd and the Gene Snyder. I'm crossing my fingers since this is not far from our house.

Have you any more information about this restaurant? Is it going to be really a new restaurant or just a new concept restaurant by Bearno's? Moving from pizza to Italian is never a far stretch and they actually have a lot of non-pizza items on their menus anyway. It may be just a way for them to try to attract a larger audience.

They have a website. The menu looks ok, but the beer and wine selection is not very impressive.

Hmmm...not too far from home for us, so we will definitely give them a try. Hubby was way disappointed with the beer list, especially when there are so many good local and regional breweries.
