There are two City Cafés left - both downtown. One is at the corner of 5th and Broadway by the Courier-Journal building and the other is in the medical center.

All the salads I've had at Ghyslain have been good. Same for Wiltshire Pantry.

Diamond Station near Douglass Loop has revived the Joe Davola's salads ... The Santa Fe is still killer, I can attest.

The pecan and brie salad at Corner Café is IMO the best salad in town.

Chop Shop puts together a decent salad as well, and the options there are pretty much unlimited.

I'll certainly second this choice. We went there yesterday for the first time and were quite impressed. If you said your options for what you have in your salad are pretty much unlimited.
