Vietnam Kitchen on Christmas Day?

Just curious, if many folks are planning to do the non-traditional thing and trek out to VK on Tuesday, if there's any interest in making it a social event, scheduling at least an approximate time, and trying to get a table.

Otherwise we'll just hang loose and go when we're hungry. ;)
