The "S" word

Will it?

Won't it?

Do we care?

Will we empty the shelves?

Tune in tomorrow for the chilling answers!
If life's a Banquet, what's with all the Tofu?

Cheers!

Just as a follow-up, Bill posted this picture on Facebook, very appropriate!

Though it looks like it will be a big one, I went to Kroger and it was only slightly busier than your average Sunday. As of 4pm, plenty of milk still on the shelves.

And whatever women consume.

I darted into the Westport Plaza Kroger this morning around 8, because I was in the immediate neighborhood and it beckoned. The store was empty ... way too early for the rush ... so I got me two bags of snow salt and some fresh green veggies.

No bread or milk, although I did pop into Lotsa Pasta and Rainbow Blossom during the afternoon. No crowds there either, but I did get some Weisenberger Mill hard-wheat bread flour and German yeast so I can make my own bread if we're snowed in.

If I knew how to post a picture on here I'd show you my Speedway receipt with both those items on it. I was all like, "Screw bread and milk."

Then the girl called to ask me to also pick up some bread.
