Mellow Mushroom in Highlands

Business First furnished a number of photos of the newly opened pizzeria. I gotta admit that they really decked out out nice and Louisville weird!

We walked by the other night, definitely incredibly interesting looking compared to the other Mellow Mushrooms! I say massive props to them.

Exactly what I was hoping for! More pizza! It is woefully un represented in that area!

I like the addition to the area and am excited to try the pizza but.. I REALLY don't want to experience finding parking in that area.

Great pics! Looks like it will be a fun place. I bet they invested a huge amount on that real estate.

Agreed! If only they had added a tattoo shop and head shop integrated into the restaurant it would have been perfect!

Actually, the term "jumped the shark" jumped the shark years ago.
Jack Fry's, Seviche, Lilly's, Rumplings, The Holy Grale, Roots, El Camino, LouVino, Zat, Cumberland Brews, Dragon King's Daughter (I could go on and on), not to mention non-food places like Carmichaels, Cherokee park... yep, it's pretty boring here.
