Old Lou is gettin' to be a happen' place. With Genscape moving in and 300 Metro employees coming, we will have enough people here during the day to support our local restaurants. Also if you haven't checked out Bottled yet, come on down!

She turns out good food. Her place on Fairfax has been open just over two years so she might be a bit overdue for a relocation / name change given her peripatetic nature. That's what I assume, though it would be nice if the Fairfax loc stayed open as well.

Chef Maria wrote me a short missive today.

Her new place will be - Chef Maria's Bistro - located at 107 W. Oak St.
