I've always heard spoonbill caviar rivals anything out of Russia but I've never had it. Anyone?

I have had it, but since I have nothing to compare it with, I can't say how it compares with Russian.
I didn't really care for it, but I guess it is an acquired taste. I like some of his other products.

Probably still available at Lewis Shuckmans .. 30th and Main .. 775 6478.

I think all caviar is more a matter of taste than anything else. We've had the Spoonbill caviar and really didn't care for that much or as we really enjoy the good Russian caviar.
