Fernando is at it again!

As a follow-up to a rumor that was posted here couple of weeks ago there was an article yesterday in Louisville.com that Fernando is definitely going to open a Tapas restaurant in the old AP crafters location! Here's the article: Artesano Tapas, Vinos y Mas

Wow, let's just thank our lucky star and be grateful that these folks are blessing our culinary scene with such incredible cuisine! Such a talented team.

First off, I don't think he does anything that is not food related! (Like sleep, breathe, etc.)

I have briefly chatted with him about the new concept, but the location had not been nailed down....VERY pleased for that location because of it's visibility and accessibility.

Now from the pictures I've seen on FaceBook of his "ideas" for the menu....in a word....YUM!
If life's a Banquet, what's with all the Tofu?

Cheers!
