Very sad news ... I have no details, haven't seen an obit, but Houston's Facebook page is blowing up with condolences. If you knew him, you might want to go over there and add yours:

How sad...

I worked with him on several deals. He was always very pleasant to deal with and provided great service to his clients. He just finished the deal that finally got rid of that old hotel on Bardstown Rd (just outside Watterson) where a car wash is under construction. Regardless of what one thinks about a car wash going in - it is a major upgrade to that stretch.
