Panda Express

We tried it for lunch. I have to say . . .hmmm. Interesting concept. The rice cooker was broken, "Sorry for the inconvenience." So, to start off, an Asian restaurant with no rice. Really, there's no pot and water and someone who can cook rice? Then, there's no tofu. Ever. So for my "meat" (protein) I got two vegetarian eggrolls.

The Panda Passion tea was quite good. Tea and various fruit flavors.

wow. Maybe the move out of the food court was more difficult that expected. I can speak from experience when I say "if you are out of rice, you are out of business."
