The menu and service lack heart and passion, the food is not “aspirational.” Service won’t pamper. But the CJ likes Kashmir, dammit! 3 1/2 stars.

If I just read the review I would guess it would probably be a 2 1/2 star restaurant at the best! I thought her last couple of reviews were going in the right direction but then this one goes backwards again. The only good point if you didn't spend much time (any) describing the décor of the restaurant!
