Just read this article and thought it was interesting: California Foie Gras Ban struck down I certainly agree with this action, I don't think the government should be interfering with food items like this, trans fats, large drinks (NYC), etc. eating those should be a personal choice item not something that is government control.
It will be interesting to see if California tries to get the ban overturned.
