And, for goodness sakes, no premix mojitos. I have no problem paying a few bucks more for a good drink, but I'll send back one of those overly sweet bland concoctions.

We'll be doing a soft open this coming week starting Monday, 3/2. Hours will be 11am-10pm M-F and 12pm-10pm Saturday & Sunday.

I was hesitant to post this because we do and don't want a huge influx of guests, so I will ask that those of you who visit us this coming week try to understand that we will be working out the kinks and giving our staff time to get acclimated. With that said we would LOVE feedback from you on service, food, etc. when you visit us. Your feedback is indeed invaluable and it will be considered and acted on.

We're all ecstatic to finally be able to open TropiCuba as we are sure everyone will love it! Looking forward to Monday!
