I like the snarky sever stories, but I have to say I hate any story that involves adulterating food, no matter how much of a bitchy guest a bitch guest is. I've never worked anywhere where I've ever seen a single cook or server adulterating food, i.e. bodily fluids or dropping food on the floor on purpose. Professional cooks and servers don't do that, EVER. No matter what. I just hate the idea that folks might be persuaded to think this goes on all the time in response to minor or even major annoyances from clients. It really just doesn't go on, at all, unless it's in the most irresponsible/unprofessional kitchens.
We don't do that. Sleep easy. We just don't. Just wouldn't. Couldn't possibly. Know this.
