In addition to the other thread about Red Brick pizza coming to St. Matthews, business first had this article yesterday about Pie Five Pizza Co. and its plans to open 10 restaurants between Lexington and Louisville! When will this madness end!! :roll:

I got that news release and queried the source. They admitted it's all in Lexington. They might expand to Louisville some time if things work out, but no plan right now. Accordingly, I spared you guys the news release. ;)
