New Year's Eve: a la carte or four-course, $140 prix fixe (5:30 – 11 p.m.)
New Year’s Eve Dinner at Proof on Main. For those who want to grab dinner, then watch the ball drop from the comfort of home, Proof on Main welcomes guests from 5:30-7 p.m., serving the á la carte menu. Beginning at 8 p.m., Chef Levon Wallace will present a special prix fixe four course dinner, $140/person including ticket to NYE Party.

New Year's Day: hangover brunch, a la carte (10:00am – 2:00pm)
