Iroquois Pizza

by Tony G » Fri Dec 12, 2014 9:55 pm

Anyone tried this place? This might be our new favorite. We have gotten
Spinelli's near here, very very good but pricy. Iroquois Pizza seems to be just as good but much less expensive. Quality fresh ingredients, thin crust perfectly cooked. But I will say this place is PACKED early Fri and Sat nights. A single location, close to our new residence. Maybe I should just keep this place a little secret. Not quite as big as an Impellizeris but still a huge pie, they don't skimp on the ingredients. A little gold mine close to home!

Is this it? 6614 Manslick Road, 363-3211, back side of Iroquois Park?

Yep, the backside of Iroquois Park, close to Palatka and Gagel. The place is very unassuming, but the grub is worth the trip. The pies are solid and the pot roast sandwich is funky good! There is some sort of a connection to the old Pasquale's Pizzeria.

That's interesting! Great thing about Louisville, no place is really all that far away. Google Maps shows it about 12 miles from my place in Crescent Hill, or about the same distance as driving out to Springhurst.

They have the Pasquale's recipes and make the same food, AFAIK.
