Another Cuban Restaurant

Hi, everyone! First time poster on the forum.

Where do you all think a Cuban restaurant would do well in Louisville? Where else would you like to see one?

Fern Creek has supported two Japanese restaurants, Thai, Mark's Feed Store, and others for a number of years. This shows that people are embracing different food choices in the area. Also, the growing Mt Washington population come up through Fern Creek as access to the rest of Louisville......entonces, por favor, les esperamos con brazos abiertos!

Maybe way out Brownsboro Rd in the Prospect area or out near the end of Westport Rd close to the Ford plant? There's been several little businesses out that way to serve the area and the plant workers. I think Rooties has done well (on Westport Rd.) would love to see something new in Crestwood.
