Bobby is starting to look a lot like an (upscale) chain, and I will be amazed if he does anything here other than open another link in one of them. Bobby's Burger Place? That looks like the expanding empire, with 18 locations already, including one in the - get ready for it - Cincinnati Horseshoe casino boat.
I'm sure Bobby will drop in, media in tow, when he's in town for the races. This will give him an even bigger and more visible pulpit on those occasions. But Bobby working the line in the kitchen? Bobby spending more than one minute working on the menu? I think that's pretty unlikely.
We're a very cool city, with a great restaurant scene. It's nice that Bobby Flay loves it here. But I just don't see this as a huge story that justifies frequent speculation. For me, it's filed right next to "Paradise Cafe, Lynn's."

Bobbys burger Place would struggle to crack the top 5 of burger places in Louisville. I was underwhelmed in my 2 visits at the casino in Cinci. I'm guessing his name will give it a boost and make it a touristy semi-chain attraction. Holy Grale, m&bb, sidebar and grind will keep my burger business.
