Mussels?

Where to buy them in Louisville? Have had a tendency to have them in restaurants here since moving to Louisville, but not make them.

Thanks!

We got mussels at Costco and they were amazing. They come, pre-cooked, in a high-tech packaging, that will stay shelf stable for months. I was skeptical but I could not believe how good they were. I simply removed them from the packaging and used my own sauce to saute them.

Highland Seafood in Middletown is definitely your best bet. Although I've also seen them at Whole Foods and Fresh Market
