On Tuesday, Nov. 11th at the GFS Distribution Center in Shepherdsville, all foodservice professionals and students are encouraged to attend the best ACF Kentucky meeting of the year. This is a great presentation about trending ideas and hot, chef driven dishes in major food cites around the country. Some of the featured dishes will be served in a free buffet dinner before the seminar. As always, you do not have to be an ACF member to attend!
The 8th Annual Menu Trends Seminar will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 11.
Join us as we highlight the best and brightest new ideas at the forefront of commercial menu development. The presentation will feature a multitude of informative and inspiring visuals showing the latest chef-driven innovations in flavor, preparation and presentation. Prior to the seminar, the team will be serving a buffet dinner featuring a wide assortment of dishes from the presentation.
All attendees will receive a CD containing the plate photos from the presentation with complete descriptions as well as menu scans from the highlighted restaurants. All ACF memebers will receive a certificate for one Continuing Education Hour at completion of the seminar.
