I saw that this morning. :mrgreen:

What was most fascinating to me, beyond the obvious laugh at the expense of the easily duped, was the idea that our brains actually do fool us. There's a more significant lesson here than "silly hipsters," and it's that environment, decor, and relatively trivial matters like color and plating do matter.

Presentation is 75% of the sale. You can take cheap ingredients and dress them up and have a $30 plate. Likewise, McDonalds can take that stuff they pretend is "food" and do the same.

That's funny!

Do yourself a favor though. Every now and then, go eat at McDonald's or Taco Bell just so you can appreciate good food when you have it. Plus, it will make it less likely to be embarrassingly tricked like this!
