Three stars for Caffe Classico

by Robin Garr » Thu Oct 23, 2014 9:10 am

The CJ says kind things about Caffe Classico and bestows three stars. What do you think of the review?

Pretty standard review. Classico is a great spot for sure. It seems like she always finds some odd nugget to mount soapbox over (egg warning, seriously?), but apart from that I think she's pretty on target here.

Is the egg warning something Classico just put on their menu, or is it something mandated to be on there by the state?

"It gets on my last nerve that Caffe Classico is mandated to print a warning that says about the eggs: "Consumer Advisory: these sunny side up eggs are cooked below 140 degrees and may be harmful!" - from the review.

But yes, its mandated. Even for my menu cards that we use in our B&B.
