I grew up on grilled country style ribs (the big, single serving kind), and really miss having them since I don't know how to grill at all. Do any restaurants around here serve them? All I've ever seen are baby back and racks.
It's a cut we sell here at the farm to several places around. Wiltshire on Market does an Asian style country style rib every now and then. Our biggest buyer is Windy Corner in Lexington that smokes them as their house special on Saturdays.
