Menu Additions for Fall at Bourbons Bistro

Some New Additions for Fall at Bourbons Bistro:

Chicken Confit
grits with sweet peppers, wild mushrooms and sweet onions, parmesan, and sriracha.

Berkshire Pork Belly
roasted with garlic and thyme, buttermilk biscuit, spiced sorghum vinaigrette.

Maple-Leaf Farms Duck Breast
warm French bread salad, caramelized Brussels sprouts, wild mushrooms, haricot vert, tobacco onions.

In addition to the above, we have updated our classics such as our Calamari, Pan-Seared Sea Scallops, and Bourbons Burger.
