Banquet Table

Anyone remember the Banquet Table? We always went to the one on Preston (which I believe is gone). I remember that they did kid pricing based on your age and then once you got to 14 you were and adult. Being a rather large eater, they really got ripped off by giving me the kid price. I think it was like 35 cents per year or something. Anyway, I loved the Mashed potatoes and gravy with Fried chicken......

Posting in another thread brought back some good memories of this place....

There was a Kings Table buffet that was WONDERFUL on Hikes Lane, over behind where Big Lots is now......we went there ALL THE TIME because Dad said it was the only place they could take me and feel like they were getting their money's worth since I'd go back 4-5 times (I was a teen at the time and had a HUGE appitite)
