August Chapter Meeting
Come join us, 6:30 pm on Monday August 25th at Jefferson Community & Technical College in downtown Louisville.
Chapter Member Jeffery Raiders from Hormel Foods will be demonstrating "Pork 101, How to butcher a 1/2 hog".
All chapter members in attendance will receive one Continuing Education Hour towards certification.
Building & Parking Information:
Meeting will be held in Chestnut Hall, Room B33 in the basement
Parking is available in the Grey St. lot(on the left on Chestnut St. past 1st St.)
Enter in door past loading dock on 1st St. to access the basement. Room is down hall on the right.
All foodservice professionals and students are encouraged to attend. You do not have to be an ACF member to attend chapter events!
