Fernando is doing it again.

According to Fernando's Facebook page he is opening another restaurant later this month. Tacos, beers, margaritas, and sports will be the theme. Sounds like another winner to me.

Here is his status report, with photos. Looks like he's announcing details end of the month, but the pictures make it look like they're ready to roll.

I thought this remark might have been significant:

Yes!

My first visit to MMB was so so (my burger fell apart, yet the mussels were heavenly) but they were only open for about two weeks. Recently I returned and was floored. I "got it". Super stuff. Can't wait for this one. Any tip on the location?

This appears to be the old Tailgaters location right across from PJCS

Fernando isn't telling. But I wonder if the "Cardinal football" reference on his Facebook discussion hints at a location close to the U of L campus or the Pizza Bowl?

Wow...that would be an interesting location. Certainly they would kill it on game day, but I'm not sure about the rest of the time. I don't think I would make a trip down to PJCS for some tacos personally. And I would be surprised if the students would keep it filled.

That was my guess too. I would go there for beerz and tacos as long as they show the Chicago Bears as well. :)
