I have a very specific need and some observations to share.
I write a lot, and I find coffee houses good places to do that. Unfortunately, I don't like coffee, but love a good black tea--no Green or chamomile for me. I don't need a quiet place, but it can't be completely chaotic. So here are my thoughts on places near me. Love to hear if you have any thoughts:
1) Sunergos. Great place, but the seating is too crowded for me. Rather go there to have a chat with someone.
2) Quills Cardinal Town: I like the setting. Not sure about them giving me my tea immediately with the bag in it telling me to let it steep for 5 minutes.
3) Highland Coffee. I like the funky vibe, but just too many people for me to feel comfy parking for a few hours.
4) Heine Bros Schniztelburg. I love the India Assam (though sorry they dropped Darjeeling). Like that I can get it in a mug, have comfy seating that is not too crowded. Strip mall location not ideal, but good parking.
