Asiatique launches small-plates menu today

Exciting news from Chef Peng Looi!

“After many years of offering the ‘conventional’ menus, Asiatique has decided to reformat to the small plate concept.  The menu will offer some current popular items along with new ideas and street style foods.  This will take place on 4th of July and we are very excited about the changes."

Here’s the menu, which takes advantage of local and seasonal meats, produce and ingredients and will change often as the seasons and produce change.

SMALL PLATES - HOT
calamari dill panko, pickled root vegetables, spicy miso aioli 8.5
spring roll crabmeat, goat cheese, spicy miso aioli 8.
skirt steak tare, arugula, lemongrass chimichurri 9.5
pork gyoza pork, cabbage, soy+chinese black vinegar 8.5
shrimp dumpling shrimp, chive, soy+chinese black vinegar 9.5
quesadilla smoked salmon, monterey jack, asian salsa 10.
mussel masamman curry, pineapple, naan 9.
shrimp chinese 5 spice, curried chick pea, red onion, scallion 9.
chicken wing lemongrass, ginger, gochujang aioli 8.
duck nacho asian salsa, spicy miso aioli, chips 9.
tea egg organic egg, brussel sprout, radish kim chee, sambal tumis 7.
vegetables tare, chocolate+balsamic reduction, asian romesco 7.
chicken satay turmeric, lemongrass, sweet chili+basil jam 7.5

baby kale radish kim chee, raisin, strawberry+sake vinnaigrette 7.
soft shell crab pickled root veg, wasabi+caesar dressing, anchovy dust 10.
portobello chocolate+balsamic reduction, feta, strawberry+garlic reduction 9.
duck pistachio, feta, hoisin+balsamic vinaigrette 10.

BROTHS + BUNS
pork noodle pork broth, char siu, organic egg, shiitake, enoki, nori 12.
seafood noodle shrimp broth, shrimp, scallop, mussel, organic egg, enoki, nori 14.
lamb roasted pepper relish, arugula, radish kimchee, brioche 12.
portobello asian romesco, pickled cucumber, feta, arugula, brioche 10.
soft shell crab arugula, pickled radish, gochujang aioli, brioche 11.

LARGE PLATES
pork shank soy, espresso, baby carrot, baby corn, fried kale 18.
ahi tuna vegetables, ginger crisp, yin-yang drizzle 20.
