Well, they just sent out another "New Summer Menu" news release, and that one (without showing prices) mentions these dishes:
Summer, Summer, Summertime!
Summer is here and Bourbons Bistro has a new menu! “We have been listening to our guests and talking to local farmers. Our summer menu brings those elements together and takes our classic dishes to the next level,” said Executive Chef, Jeff Bridges.
New Additions
Calamari and Chorizo
crispy calamari tossed with chorizo and cilantro, served with a sugar grilled lime.
Au Poivre Filet
bourbon smoked peppercorn crusted, pan seared and served over wild mushroom bread pudding, with roasted broccoli, cauliflower and a balsamic glaze.
Berkshire Pork Chop
dusted with bourbon smoked paprika and pan seared, served over sweet potato mash and braised kale and topped with proscuitto wrapped asparagus finished with a whole grain mustard and mollases glaze.
Caprese Burger
on a Kaiser bun with smoked mozzarella, local tomatoes, fresh basil, arugala and pimenton aioli, served with pomme frites tossed in herbs, garlic and parmesan.
In addition to the above, we have updated our classics such as our Steak Frites, and Pan-Seared Sea Scallops
