MENU:
Salad of grilled lemongrass shrimp, pickled young papaya and warm bacon vinaigrette.
Smoked quail, daikon kim chee and butternut squash puree.
Pistachio crusted salmon, gingered lentil, sautéed apricot+swiss chard and caper cream sauce.
Chinese 5 spiced pork tenderloin, smashed Peruvian potato, asparagus, mango salsa and honey+garlic reduction.
Coconut+caramel banana, blackberry+peppercorn compote and chai ice cream.
Bourbons by Willet Distillery and speaker, Mr. Hunter Chavanne in attendance.

1. Tatuaje Veroco No. 5 : Wrapper- Nicaraguan Habano, Binder/Filler - Nicaragua
Medium bodied with hints of cocoa and espresso.
2. 262 Limited Edition Revere Lonsdale : Wrapper - Nicaragua Jalapa , Binder/ Filler - Nicaragua Esteli & Condega
Medium/Full bodied, rich coffee notes that transition into a creamy smoke with a citrus taste on the finish.
3. Room 101 Payback: Wrapper - Nicaragua Binder/ Filler - Nicaragua & Honduras
Medium in body, a meaty cigar that is rich and peppery with a hint of anise on the finish.
Mr. Shepherd will be giving away four door prizes for dinner guests which include a table top triple torch cigar lighter, two leather cigar cases, and a J Shepherd Cigar sampler. All total door prizes value is about $300.
