Rye Head Chef Joe Banet and Sous Chef Andrew McCabe have
paired up with Michael Minton and the Dauntless Distributing team
to present a beer-inspired 5 course paired tasting menu. The trio sat
down earlier in the month and tasted through Dauntless’ extensive
catalogue before settling on six micro brews from the U.S.
and Europe.
The dinner will take place on Tuesday July 1, in the private dining
room at Rye. Reservations are limited for this intimate tasting menu
experience and are available for seatings at 5:45 pm and 8.45 pm. The
cost of the tasting is $75.
