Grind Burger Kitchen Opens TODAY

The moment we've all been waiting for has finally arrived. After a pretty fun little trial run about a week or so ago, Grind is opening their brick and mortar location at 3311 Preston Highway; in Louisville directions, that's the old Oasis Sushi and Soul location.

The restaurant will open for lunch from 11 to 2 today, and if you weren't able to get to the soft opening, you should make an attempt to get over there today, because it was delicious. Not only will you be able to get Grind's burgers, you'll also be able to get sausages and (FINALLY) fries. Though don't get fries, get the kimchi fingerling potatoes. I was one of the lucky Louisville Elite to get in, and it was awesome.

If you're in Preston area, check it out. Try the duck sausage.

That would be correct. The website says 10:30 to 2 Wednesday through Friday. The end goal is to expand into full time lunch service, then dinner service, all while keeping the truck on the road.
