Rye's Charcuterie Class, hosted by Chef Tyler Morris.
Wednesday, June 4, 6:30 p.m.
$45 per person
(charcuterie snacks and glass of wine included)

Anyone like pepperoni, sausage, bacon, or salami? Join us in Rye's kitchen as Chef Morris discusses the nature of charcuterie, its history, and how it plays a daily role in our kitchen. Learn about the various types and methods of meat curing and preservation, while getting an inside look at our kitchen and taking away some valuable knowledge on making your own at home.

I took a whole hog / charcuterie class with Jay Denham and Tyler Morris a couple years ago and it was a blast. I highly recommend this experience.
