Join owner Molly Meeker from the family-owned Meeker Vineyard in Sonoma County, California. Molly will talk about her wines served with Chef Richard Doering’s four-course menu.
First Course
Chardonnay Lobster Cove North Coast 2012
Chilled lobster napoleon: fried pasta chips layered with lobster meat and lemongrass aioli. Garnished with micro greens and Chardonnay pearls.
Second Course
Merlot Gold Leaf Cuvee Sonoma County 2006
Pork tenderloin: seared and served atop spinach sautéed with mushrooms and thick cut bacon drizzled with Merlot enhanced natural demi-glace.
Third Course
Fossil Sonoma County 2008 (Syrah-Cabernet Sauvignon-Merlot)
Four Kings Alexander Valley 2006 (Cabernet Blend)
Thick cut petite New York Strip: oven roasted with chef’s special dry rub. Served with rustic fava bean ragout and oven roasted tomato.
Fourth Course
Fro-Zin Sonoma County 2012
Poached pear: red wine poached pear with gorgonzola, berries, walnuts and Fro-Zin reduction drizzle.
