We will be given a tour of the farm and a brief overview of how their goat cheese is produced and there will be a product sampling at the end of the tour. One CEH will be available for those needing them for initial or recertification.
As always, our meetings are open to all foodservice professionals and culinary students as you do not have to be a member to attend!
