What's Up With Former Bourbon Bros. Spaces?

I noticed that the former space is now open, and that it is Red Pepper Chinese. Any info?

The former former space has been repainted and says that it is now hiring. It's supposed to be some sort of coffee cafe. I glanced in the window, and there seemed to be some equipment in there already. What's going to be there?

The former Bourbon Bros. (Old Shariat's) has reopened as Red Pepper Chinese. Very nice people but I haven't eaten there yet, it opened on 12/3.

The original Bourbon Bros. across the street is opening as a coffee house, they should be open next week.

I predict the chinese place will be gone in 2 or 3 months and the coffee place may have a chance if its good.
