This Saturday March 24, 2007, at The Fresh Market, 10480 Shelbville Rd., you can sample:
Savory Herb Pesto Encrusted Lamb Chops with Polenta Cake and sauce.
Prepared by Chef Michelle Hamilton.
She will be cooking from 1:00 - 4:00 P.M.
Besides sampling the lamb you can watch her prepare the food and see how to do it at home.
