some of the 1 star reviews are complaints about its readability on the kindle.

Kindle Cloud reader doesn't seem to alleviate these issues either.

Yeah, now that I look at it on the free iPad Kindle app, it looks a little sleazy. It appears to be a PDF of the actual book, but not re-sizable, so much of the type is unreadable even on the retina screen; and of course there's no touch technology and no hyperlinking.

On the other hand, I guess you get what you pay for. :P

Yeah, I saw some of those reviews but didn't have time to check it out myself.

It's a pretty sleazy way to see an e-book version. Good not to spend actual money on it!

I tried it that way also and agree the results are far from stellar!
