Just out in James Beard House's upcoming schedule:

Sustainable Seafood Celebration Anthony Lamas, Seviche, Louisville, KY / JBF members $130, general public $170

That was the only Louisville event I noticed on the May-through-July calendar.

I didn't realize this was out and hadn't mentioned it yet. We are excited to do the first ever Sustainable Seafood Dinner at the Beard house (surprised me when they told me this was a first).... we will partner with the Monterey Bay Aquarium and their Seafood Watch program. There will be people from Monterey at the dinner to discuss the Seafood Watch program, and answer any questions or concerns. We will only feature only seafood from the "Green List" from their Seafood Guides. We will recreate the dinner here in Louisville at Seviche!
