Seviche is hosting a wine dinner with Pam Starr of Crocker and Starr Winery on Monday, April 21st.
Join us as Chef Anthony Lamas fuses his Latin roots with sustainable wine selections for an exclusive five-course experience. On hand for the dinner will be fellow native Californian and winemaker Pam Starr of Crocker & Starr Winery.
The five-course menu with wine pairings is $95 per person, plus tax and gratuity, and will start at 6:30 p.m. These wines are very limited in distribution, so we are excited to pair them with our menu and offer them to our guests.
The estate vineyard, located in the St. Helena appellation, covers more than 100 acres and has been farmed since the 1870s. Charlie Crocker opened the winery in 1997 along with Starr. Their wines continue to receive top awards and honors from wine reviewers across the country.
