Has there been a sale of a restaurant (with perhaps the exception of Jack Fry's, although I don't know the details of its sale) that actually included "good will?" I can't see hardly anyplace sell for more than the value of used FFE, especially since most are in leased space.

Disappointing to hear but I knew about it. Its the only Italian place in town Ive eaten at. Their meatballs are HUGE! One dish will feed two people easily.
