J Alexanders is always good for prime rib, and has a nice atmosphere to go along (and won't break the bank). You do not have to dress up there (although some do).
Since the cut is naturally tender, it's hard to go wrong with many chains who have good slow cookers and holders (I'm thinking Outback Steakhouse, Texas Roadhouse, Longhorn) which aren't much less than J Alexanders but not as nice (albeit somewhat more casual)!
